Like many Australians seeking dental treatment overseas, Taylor Pannier and his wife Janice travelled to Vietnam to begin an important stage of their smile journey.

After spending seven days in Vietnam, the couple reflected positively on both their treatment experience and the people who supported them throughout their stay.

During this visit, Taylor completed the implant stage of his upper teeth treatment. Six implants were placed, and he was pleased with how smoothly the procedure went. He shared that the treatment process felt easier than he had expected and that he was happy with the temporary teeth provided during the healing phase.

Like many implant patients, Taylor is currently wearing temporary teeth while the implants continue to heal and integrate. In a few months, he and Janice plan to return to Vietnam for the next stage of treatment, when the final porcelain restoration will be completed.

Looking ahead, they are excited to see the final result and continue the journey they have already started.

Beyond the treatment itself, it was the people and support throughout the journey that left the biggest impression on them. From arrival to treatment appointments and daily assistance, they felt welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for every step of the way.

As they prepare to return home, Taylor and Janice say they will be sharing their experience with friends and family in both Australia and New Zealand.
