Ray & Madeline’s Dental Journey in Vietnam

Time:2026-08-23     View:0

Ray and Madeline came to Vietnam with different dental concerns, but both left with positive memories of their treatment experience and the people who supported them along the way.

For Ray, one of the main concerns was a dental bridge that needed attention. He explained that treatment involved three teeth on one side of his mouth. Looking back on the final result, his reaction was simple:

“To me now, they’re perfect.”

Madeline had a different set of dental concerns. She described her upper teeth as slightly crooked and becoming discoloured, while her lower teeth felt “out of whack.” During her treatment, she also needed root canal work as well as an extraction of her wisdom tooth.

While the dental procedures were an important part of their experience, Madeline’s interview focused just as much on the way they were treated throughout their time at the clinic. She repeatedly described the team as helpful and spoke warmly about the overall experience.

“They’re so helpful.”

She also reflected on how smoothly things were handled during their visits, saying that the clinic team was willing to assist with what they needed throughout the process.

For patients travelling overseas for dental treatment, the experience can involve much more than simply arriving for an appointment. Being in another country can make communication, planning and understanding each stage of treatment especially important. Ray and Madeline’s comments show how much they valued both the dental care itself and the support they received during their time in Vietnam.

At the end of their interview, Ray summed up their experience with a straightforward recommendation:

“Really, really good.”

Their story is a reminder that every patient arrives with different dental needs. For some, treatment may involve restorative work such as a bridge, while others may require root canal treatment or an extraction. What remains important is that treatment is based on the patient’s actual dental condition and carried out with clear communication throughout the journey.

For Australian patients, Vietnam Dental also provides support through its Melbourne office, helping make the journey to Vietnam even more convenient and accessible.
