For Kylee, travelling from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland to Vietnam for dental treatment came after a long period of discomfort that had begun affecting everyday life.

Rather than viewing the journey only as a dental appointment overseas, Kylee described it as a positive overall experience—from being collected on arrival to completing treatment and adjusting to her new fixed teeth.

Looking back, her strongest impression was how much easier everyday life felt without worrying about removable plates moving or falling out. She also spoke warmly about the people who supported her throughout the process, particularly May.
